AUFGUSS SCRUB RITUALS

Within our wellness journey, we invite you to discover two exclusive rituals designed to offer you a deep experience of purification and rebirth: Aufguss and Scrub.
The Aufguss, an ancient Nordic ritual, comes to life in our sauna under the expert guidance of the Aufgussmeister. Harmonic movements with the towel diffuse fragrant vapors and enveloping heat through the air, amplifying the benefits of sweating. A moment of intense physical purification and mental relaxation, capable of rebalancing body and breath.
The Scrub completes the experience: an exfoliating treatment that gently renews the skin, stimulates circulation, and frees the skin surface from impurities and dead cells. Natural fragrances and refined textures make this gesture a ritual of beauty and deep care.
